Shan Chicken Masala
Shan Chicken Masala mix aids you to prepare rich and also aromatic Chicken Curry for a tasty as well as savoury reward.
Ingredients
- Shan Chicken Masala Mix
- 1 Packet
- Ginger Julienne 2 tbsp
- Oil / Ghee1 cup
- OnionsChopped 3 medium
- Plain Yogurt 1 cup
- Chicken 1 kg
Recipe
- Heat oil, fry onions until light golden, remove and crush.
- In the same oil add chicken, yogurt and Shan Chicken Masala Mix. Cover and cook on low heat for 20-30 minutes.
- Add julienne ginger and ½ -2 cups water for gravy. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Stir-in crushed onions. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
