We carefully verify all orders before delivery to ensure every item on your list is included and comes with a valid best-before date.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you received is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery/purchase.
  • Expired Products: If the product you received has expired, please bring it to our attention within 7 days.
  • Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong product, you are eligible for a replacement or refund within 7 days.
  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for change of mind for food products. However, non-perishable items in their original condition (unopened, unused, and in original packaging) may be eligible for a return within 7 days of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Perishable products (e.g., chaats, curries, dosas)
    • Fresh vegetables (e.g., bhindi, karela, methi, etc.)
    • Fresh fruits (e.g., mangoes, bananas, guavas, etc.)
    • Dairy products (milk, paneer, curd, etc.)
    • Fresh meat, poultry, and seafood (e.g., mutton, chicken, fish)
    • Frozen food items (e.g., frozen samosas, parathas, frozen vegetables)
    • Fresh bakery products (e.g., naan, rotis, pav)
    • Freshly prepared snacks (e.g., samosas, pakoras, sweets like gulab jamun, laddoos)
    • Eggs
    • Fresh herbs (e.g., coriander, curry leaves)
  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products without proof of purchase
  • Sale or clearance items

3. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

To request a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order or purchasing the item.
  2. Provide Proof of Purchase: Please present a receipt, invoice, or order confirmation as proof of purchase.
  3. Product Return: If applicable, return the product to our store for inspection. In the case of delivery orders, you may be asked to send photographs of the product.

4. Processing Refunds

  • Once we have inspected the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • For cash payments, refunds will be processed in-store.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time, please check your bank account and contact your bank or card issuer, as it may take some time before your refund is posted.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened and in its original packaging.
  • Shipping/Delivery Fees is to be paid by the customer
  • The exchange request is made within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
  • The item being exchanged is not perishable/frozen (see example above).
